While we did not emphasize the breath technique for the Golden Photon Breath during this time, in the Shamballa Season of 2023 into 2024, a second breath component has been introduced in our latest information from the Masters—the Ionic breath.
The ION is the God Source
This breath combines Photons and Ions, allowing humans to activate Co-creative energy for personal evolution and direct interaction with nature. Referred to as the “I AM that I AM” breath by the Spiritual Hierarchy in the recorded messages for Shamballa 2023/2024, it serves as a significant tool for spiritual growth.

Also, to aid in visualizing the Photon, reference can be made to the I AM America book “Photons Propel Your Ascension,” where on page 153, a photonic explanation and a speed-sensitive image of a photon from a laboratory in Eastern Europe is provided.
