Monad

From an Ascended Master viewpoint, the Monad is the spark or flame of life of spiritual consciousness and it is also the Awakened Flame that is growing, evolving, and ultimately on the path to Ascension. Because of its presence of self-awareness and purpose, the Monad represents our dynamic will and the individualized presence of the Divine Father. Ultimately, the Monad is the spark of consciousness that is self-determining, spiritually awake, and drives the growth of human consciousness. The Inner Light of Divinity

Ascended Master teachings concur that all humans are evolving, and this development is aimed toward individuality, Mastery, godhood, and inevitably Ascension. This characteristic is innate in all, and held within the spiritual structure of the Unfed Flame in the Eight-Sided Cell of Perfection. Essentially all persons reflect their state of Divinity; some are refined and complex; others are simplistic. Each level of innate Divinity is expressed and evolved as infinite aspects and manifestations of the Creator.

I AM or I AM Presence

The essence of the I AM bridges the physical, the spiritual and the transmigratory activity of human existence. I AM represents God’s infinite spirit; the I AM Presence embodies the individualized presence of God—the relationship between the human self and the Divine Presence within and around us. The resulting energy unites and becomes the taproot of all
God powers: life, intelligence, power, and action.
During each lifetime, the light, life, and energy of the soul flow from the I AM Presence to our physical and light bodies. This twining connection of energy and light—also known as the Silver cord—follows the pull of gravity. Light streams through the crown of the head where it cascades to the heart of the Presence and circulates to the base of the brain: the medulla oblongata. Tiny threads of light radiate energy to every cell of the body. The Hindus call these healing filaments Nadis; chakras form at points of intensity. Light then surges from these tributaries of energy—Nadis and chakras—to a mighty confluence of light energy known as the Pillar of Light or the Tube of Light.
The Ascended Masters rely heavily on the power of the I AM Presence for protection. Conscious calls to the I AM Presence activate the Pillar of Light, insulating lower bodies—causal, astral, and physical—from difficult Karmas. The Pillar of Light and the addition of the Violet
Flame construct a spiritual shelter much like the protective force of mantras, spiritual ceremonies, and prayers. That’s why the consistent practice of these transcendental exercises raises spiritual consciousness: the summoning of greater fields of light ameliorates and eliminates seemingly insurmountable difficulties, and creates miracles.
The Christ Self—also known as the Higher Self or Guardian Angel—protects the physical body, even though it operates at a lower vibratory rate than the Presence. It also provides an intermediary power between the I AM Presence and the outer human form. Simply speaking, this intelligent body of light serves the energies of the I AM as a Step-down Transformer and a propellant of action in the physical plane. Scholars say the bodies of the I AM Presence and the Christ Self are just as tangible in their own realms of vibratory action as the body in its physical world.

The Unfed Flame

According to the Masters, this Unfed Flame is a Flame of Divinity and of spiritual consciousness.
The Masters refer to this phenomenon in other terms: the Threefold Flame, Monad, and Jiva. The Unfed Flame urges humanity to evolve beyond its present state of spiritual consciousness through Co-creative thought, feeling, and action. Relying upon a higher, spiritual consciousness, the Lords of Venus—servants of humanity and onetime denizens of the planet Venus—rooted Love, Wisdom, Power, and the Unfed Flame in the human heart.
These Divine Tenets empower humans to achieve a higher sense of consciousness, thereby assuring humanity a type of spiritual immortality.
The grafting of the sublime Unfed Flame to the carnal human heart occurred from afar.
Ancestral helpers on Venus directed a collective and everlasting energy force toward humanity on earth. The Venusian and ever-youthful lord named Sanat Kumara, the overseer of Shamballa, spearheaded this Mission. With an etheric Silver cord, he connected the Unfed

When this flame of spiritual consciousness began to develop among individuals, Sanat Kumara led a group of higher beings to earth where they established the first Golden City, later known as Shamballa. In addition to its metaphysical influence on the human body, the Unfed Flame serves as a portal to a being of greater spiritual consciousness—the I AM Presence—to which we are indelibly connected. Meanwhile, these legends appear in other doctrines. Vedic Cosmology—Hindu-based metaphysics—mirrors a similar creation story. According to the sacred Sanskrit text of Hindu philosophy, the Bhagavad-Gita, fourteen planetary systems exist in the intangible universe.
The highest is Satyaloka where residents grasp advanced spiritual knowledge. Sanat Kumara and Sananda—who in Vedic culture is referred to as Sanandana Kumara—are two of the four sons of Brahma and inhabit in the second-tier planetary system of Tapaloka. Earth, known as Bhurloka, falls seventh in line.
Each planetary system creates a unique experience for its dwellers—the sentience of the space-time continuum and the manifestation of the physical being differentiate higher from lower beings. Residents of enlightened strata perceive time durations in millennia, have no sense of fear, and do not confront disease or the aging of the body. I AM Presence and the Eight-sided Cell of Perfection

The Eight-Sided Cell of Perfection provides a direct link to the core of Cellular Awakening. According to the Ascended Masters, within each person lies one perfect cell known as the Eight-Sided Cell of Perfection. It is associated with all aspects of perfection; it contains and maintains a visceral connection to the Godhead, e.g. the God within, the God realization, and the God manifestation in all creations and perceptions. This cell is located in the Chamber of the Heart, surrounded by a mandala of energy: the Unfed Flame of Love, Wisdom, and Power. The vibral-core axis provides a material connection to the Eight-Sided Cell of Perfection in physical form. Located near the Solar Plexus Chakra, it serves as the central energy current that runs through the human body. Here, the aura ties to the seven chakras (energy centers); the core of the planet; and the spiritual over-soul. The over-soul is also known as the energy system that incorporates the Christ Self and the I AM Presence.
