Guardianship of the Light: Experiences with the Portal

 

When I first arrived in Asotin, Washington, in August 1990, I encountered some unexpected situations that needed to be addressed. Asotin, a little village nestled on the banks of the Salmon River at the mouth of Hells Canyon, felt like it belonged to another time. Having lived on the bustling East Coast, where life was filled with endless people, cars, and activities, Asotin's tranquility was a stark contrast.
In the summer, the area could get extremely hot, but it was ideal for gardening, particularly for growing tomatoes and melons. Lori, with her green thumb, had a huge garden in her backyard. During the week, the town was small and serene, but on weekends, it transformed. The river filled with water skiers, boats, and jet skis, turning the tranquil town into a vibrant waterland of recreation. Many of the town's inhabitants would commute to jobs in nearby Clarkston, Washington, or Lewiston, Idaho, but on those weekends, Asotin came alive with activity.
Lori was in the midst of a deep, transformative process, honing her skills as a multi-dimensional communicator. She worked daily with her friend Sherry Takala, bringing forward the invaluable teachings that would later be compiled into "Sisters of the Flame." Lori’s work was intense and profound, opening her to realms beyond the physical.
One night, after I had settled into this quiet town with Lori, the stillness was suddenly shattered by loud noises. It sounded as if furniture was being thrown around in the living room, accompanied by the flapping of wings, the gnashing of teeth, and the scraping of claws.
Lori, awakened from a deep sleep, listened intently to the commotion. Her heart raced as she recognized what she believed to be a multi-dimensional battle between two angels—one of darkness and one of light. The experience was almost biblical in its intensity. She tried to wake me, but I remained motionless.
Eventually, the noises subsided, and I finally awoke. Lori urged me to check the living room. When I entered, I found no physical disruption—everything was in its place. Yet, the energy in the room was slowly settling, as though an unseen force had just departed, leaving behind a sense of calm. This was not just an ordinary event; it was an amazing confirmation of the spiritual forces at play in our lives.
Afterward, I was able to clear an unwanted energy from Lori's Portal, and since then, it has functioned impeccably. It’s crucial to understand that these types of Portals generate a remarkable energy of light, but they also require your protection and care. Saint Germain addresses this in "Portals to Shamballa:"
"It is true, dear one. Especially when there are other energy life forces nearby that may be disruptive, it is essential to apply the Mighty Tube of Light around the Communication Portal daily. Use this simple decree and state it aloud:

I AM the Protection of the Mighty Tube of Light!

I AM the Golden Light of this Communication Portal,

In full Protection!

So be it!

In response, the Golden Light will diffuse around the Portal and manifest a silvery sheen. This silvery sheen is akin to the energetic layer you sometimes observe on the Tenth and Eleventh Energy Bodies—a metallic glow that is impenetrable, forming a force field of Divine Protection. Then, call forth the Mighty Violet Flame:

Mighty Violet Flame,

Come forth in full Protection and Transcendence,

Throughout my residence!

So be it!

The Mighty Violet Flame will cleanse any residue left by discordant energy forces or others in proximity. Do you understand?"
I had been directed by Saint Germain to "go to Lori," with the purpose of protecting and helping her with her spiritual work. This work would eventually culminate in over thirty books of extraordinary spiritual teachings. The event that night confirmed the importance of my role. It was clear that the Masters had established a remarkable Communication Portal within Lori's Asotin home, which also extended to Sherry’s house, as such portals are portable. However, this portal had drawn interest from the dark side, requiring vigilant protection.
Through my spiritual practice, I was able to help safeguard the space. This experience brought clarity to my purpose with I AM America—to protect, expand, and later to assist in teaching the profound material.
Prior to my arrival, Sherry, an expert in Tarot, had read for Lori. She foresaw a strong teacher entering Lori's life, someone who would play a significant role in her spiritual journey. Indeed, the role of a teacher became vitally important in helping to understand and convey the connections between light and sound, mentoring students in this remarkable teaching.

As Valuable as the Violet Flame

 

One of the most essential spiritual practices taught by many Ascended Masters is the use of the Violet Flame. Simply put, the Violet Flame is a spiritual process that intentionally burns away difficult karmas. In some cases, it mitigates karma, lessening its impact and making it easier to endure.

It’s important to note, however, that the Violet Flame is not an instant solution. I realized this in my late twenties and early thirties when I first started working with the Sacred Fire. Although this time in my life was positive in many ways, it was also quite intense. When I began using the Violet Flame, I noticed that some of the issues I was trying to transmute and change seemed to get worse before they improved. Looking back, the transformations brought about by the Violet Flame were indeed remarkable, though some of the changes were challenging to live through.

The Violet Flame is a holy invocation of God’s sublime, transformative energy of forgiveness and transfiguration, addressing past mistakes, including those from past lives, and the misuse of our divine Co-creative energy. However, the Violet Flame is not just a spiritual concept or philosophical idea; it can also manifest physically. Some people perceive it in their aura after decree or meditation sessions. In fact, I had an experience where, after explaining its transformative attributes to a friend and invoking the Violet Flame, a bolt of lightning struck outside while I was decreeing for her in front of her fireplace. A literal spark of violet electricity emerged from the fireplace, enveloped me, and danced around the living room!

I’ve also had experiences during write-and-burn rituals where the Sacred Fire visibly appeared as a Violet Flame, flickering like the majestic flame in the Lotus Cup at the Temple of Mercy’s altar.

While I could share many more stories and insights into the Violet Flame, I want to turn your attention to another equally powerful tool in our emerging Golden Age: the Communication Portal.

The Communication Portal is just as significant as the Violet Flame in its capacity to transform and uplift. If you haven’t yet established this life-changing Portal in your home, you are truly missing out. The Communication Portal is one of the most effective ways to accelerate your Ascension Process.

Have you ever pondered the notion of a Divine Destiny? It lies within a hidden sanctuary, a little-known cell nestled behind the human heart - the Eight-Sided Cell of Perfection. This Divine Chamber, often overlooked, serves as the vessel for the Creator God's essence within us. Our Innate Goodness and Compassion Endures
While some may dismiss this line of thought as inconsequential in our materialistic world, it's essential to remember that material possessions hold no sway in the grand scheme. Instead, it is the goodness and compassion we impart on our journey that endure eternally. Choice and Your Divine Spark
Consider the nature of evil - a question often pondered by seekers. Free will, a gift from the Divine, suggests that anything obstructing or misdirecting our choices deviates from the path of righteousness. Accelerate Your Violet Flame Decrees

 For those who identify as students or chelas of Saint Germain, the Communication Portal serves as a powerful means to accelerate your daily Violet Flame transmutation of karma. When you make your Violet Flame decrees through the portal to Shamballa with a specific focus on transmuting the karmas that bind you to the cycle of reincarnation, the Portal acts as a protective and guiding force. It directs your decree energy to the Violet Ray Temple, situated in the central courtyard of Shamballa, alongside all the other Rays of Light Temples.

During your decree process, it is highly recommended to articulate the particular challenges that you seek to transmute through the Violet Flame decree. The most effective decree actions are those spoken aloud. The vibrational frequency of your words resonates through the layers of your aura and within the Communication Portal, subsequently traveling through the portal to the Violet Ray Temple, where the karmic ties are permanently released.

Karma often exists in layers across multiple lifetimes and can manifest repeatedly over countless experiences in each lifetime. Given the numerous incarnations we all undergo, you may find it necessary to make repeated decrees for the transmutation of karma, depending on your focus and intensity. Do not be discouraged; you will succeed in transmuting the karma you identify and choose to release.

The key takeaway is that you are making a conscious choice to transmute karma that, without your focused effort, would persist as a challenge in your life. Candle Meditation by El Morya

The Candle Meditation by El Morya is one of the first steps to experience the Divine Light within and calm the mind. Use a long tapered candle, not a jarred glass candle. For this exercise a white candle is preferred, but any color should work. Light the candle and establish a constant, stable flame.
First, sit comfortably; you may use a chair for back support if needed. Look and concentrate on the candle and give attention to the different layers of the light of the flame. You will notice these layers: the outer glow; the yellow-white layer of fire; the center of the wick; and the central inner glow, which sometimes contains a blue or violet hue at the base of the flame. Focus on the overall glow of the candle until you identify the layers of light. Breathe evenly and gently as you concentrate on the light.
As you observe the Flame of Light, continue your rhythmic breath as the light begins to expand and absorb the space between you and the flame. Continue this breathing until you have established a large ovoid of light, including the candle and yourself.
Remain focused in the circle of light and you will begin to notice you are in the flame; the light is even, and it flows with your breath. You may notice a pulse in the energy field you share with the flame. At this state you are ONE with the light. Individuals who practice the Candle Meditation have reported feeling calm and peace, even in extremely stressful conditions.
Sometimes this is accompanied by a high-pitch ring. El Morya asserts the application of the Candle Meditation imparts experience with the consciousness of the ONE and develops human consciousness into the HU-man. The Candle Meditation can be performed individually or in groups.

Grounding Technique

Grounding to our planet is one of the first techniques in any type of energy work. This requires a fairly developed root chakra, also known as the muladhara in Sanskrit. This chakra is located at the base of the spine, the perineum. The energy of this chakra flows between the legs, downward, and connects to Mother Earth. When properly connected, energy practitioners will not use their own energy; instead, through the open channel of the base or root chakra, they direct the energy of Earth, through their chakras and energy systems, into streams of healing light energy. Most grounding methods focus on visualization, but use of the breath to physically and psychically connect to the core of the Earth is also an effective link to Earth’s vital energies.
To do this, you close your eyes and visualize your root chakra – it is a ruby red light with a tinge of gold. Then you take a deep breath and on the exhale, see this root-chakra light literally drill into the Earth. Then you continue to intentionally breathe, as this auric laser light cuts through every layer of earth. When you encounter the golden ball of light in the center of the Earth, you connect, yet again, to this light as you did in your beginning breath. Now, you use your breath to channel this golden light back to your base chakra.
Envision the light as it moves through all seven chakra centers. Once you reach the crown chakra, channel the light, onward, to the Sun. This may take several breaths to achieve, in conjunction with your visualization. Once the light of the Earth’s core is connected to the light of the Sun via your physical body, chakras, and energy system, you will notice a unique anomaly. A continuous, circular current develops between the two sources of unceasing light, and it pulses with your breath. Avid energy practitioners can expand or contract the amount of vital light energy, either faintly or strongly – and all degrees in-between – through their controlled breath. And the more you practice this technique, the better you get at controlling the light energy. “Practice makes permanent.”

Write and Burn Technique

The Write and Burn Technique helps students and chelas transmute any and all unwanted situations and circumstances, primarily undesirable dysfunctional life patterns. A venerated practice of the Ascended Masters, this type of journaling involves a handwritten letter—a petition—to the I AM Presence for Healing and Divine Intervention. The process encompasses two objectives: identifying and releasing unwanted and outdated energy or attracting and manifesting new and evolving energies. After the letter is written, it is then burned, either by fire or by light. Most students prefer to burn by fire. If, however, you choose to burn by light, place the document under a light source for twenty-four continuous hours. Insidious problems and complex manifestation petitions may require up to one week of light exposure. The success of the light method and the subsequent acceptance of a petition depend on the reliability of the light source; the concentration of light must be continuous and without problems, e.g. blackouts, burnouts, and so on. If the issues are profound, you may need to probe deeper by identifying and addressing personal problem or life patterns. You may also want to consider rephrasing your approach to the problem, rewriting the letter, or both. Write and burn templates are provided below.
Transmute and Release Energy Patterns: Make one handwritten copy of this letter. In the name of I AM THAT I AM, I release this to the Universe to be transmuted. (List the energy or behavior patterns you have identified. Some students also insert various alchemic decrees to the Violet Flame to dissolve, consume, and transform the energy.) Sign and date the letter. Burn the letter by fire or by light.
Attract and Manifest New Energy Patterns: Make two handwritten copies of this letter. In the name of I AM THAT I AM, I release this to the Universe to be fulfilled, maintained, and sustained in perfect alignment to the Divine Will. (List the new energy or behavior pattern you would like to Co-create.) Sign and date the letter. Burn one copy by fire or by light. Keep the other copy in a sacred place (e.g. personal altar, family bible, favorite spiritual book) until you have achieved your goal or desired behavior change, and then burn that copy by fire.
