The Path of Light: Understanding the Ascension Journey

 

The concept of Ascension is woven into spiritual traditions worldwide. In Western teachings, Jesus’ Ascension—body and soul—demonstrates one path to higher consciousness. However, the journey of the Ascended Masters reveals that this process is not limited to a single figure or tradition. Instead, it is a divine potential available to all of humanity, leading to spiritual transformation and liberation.

The Energy Bodies: Gateways to Higher Realms
In the teachings of the Ascended Masters, attaining the Lighted Stance means integrating twelve energy bodies, which grant access to the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions. Most individuals are born with six or seven energy bodies, reflecting the karmic patterns they have chosen to resolve in this lifetime.

As one progresses on the Ascension path, these karmas naturally dissolve, allowing for a greater connection to the Angelic, Elohim, and Elemental Kingdoms, as well as the Ascended Masters who offer guidance. This refinement expands the human aura, raising one’s vibrational frequency and unlocking the higher dimensions of existence.

The Role of Karma and the Violet Flame
The seven energy bodies of the human aura are accumulations of past-life experiences. Among them, the seventh energy body is pivotal—it aligns with the Violet Flame, a sacred tool of transmutation. As taught by Saint Germain, the Violet Flame decrees purify our lower energy bodies, dissolving karmic imprints and liberating the soul for higher evolution.

This purification is vital for those consciously seeking spiritual freedom. As discordant energies are transmuted, space is created for the integration of higher light frequencies, allowing an individual to activate the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth energy bodies. This leads to the Lighted Stance, where the physical body itself becomes a vessel of Ascended Light.

Two Paths to Ascension: Physical or Spiritual
Ascension is not limited to those who remain in the physical body. One may also Ascend after the transition of death, continuing the work of karmic transmutation beyond the material plane. However, guidance from an Ascended Master is still required—just as one cannot learn to drive a car without instruction, a soul needs the wisdom of one who has already ascended.

Those who transition from the physical realm are often guided to ashrams of learning, where they receive the necessary assistance to free themselves from the cycle of reincarnation.

The fifty-one Golden Cities of the I AM America Freedom Star Map serve as earthly ashrams for Ascension training. These sacred locations are energy centers designed to assist in humanity’s collective spiritual evolution. Ascended Master Godfre

 Godfre, born Guy Ballard in 1878, was the founder of the I AM Movement, a pivotal spiritual movement of the twentieth century. His life changed in the early 1930s when he encountered the Ascended Master Saint Germain on Mount Shasta, California. Saint Germain imparted deep spiritual wisdom, introducing Godfre to the "I AM Presence," the Divine Source within every individual. Lady Anaya, a revered Spiritual Teacher in the I AM America Teachings, serves as a guiding force to Saint Germain in his role as Lord of the Golden Cities. Guardianship of the Light: Experiences with the Portal

 

When I first arrived in Asotin, Washington, in August 1990, I encountered some unexpected situations that needed to be addressed. Asotin, a little village nestled on the banks of the Salmon River at the mouth of Hells Canyon, felt like it belonged to another time. Having lived on the bustling East Coast, where life was filled with endless people, cars, and activities, Asotin's tranquility was a stark contrast.
In the summer, the area could get extremely hot, but it was ideal for gardening, particularly for growing tomatoes and melons. Lori, with her green thumb, had a huge garden in her backyard. During the week, the town was small and serene, but on weekends, it transformed. The river filled with water skiers, boats, and jet skis, turning the tranquil town into a vibrant waterland of recreation. Many of the town's inhabitants would commute to jobs in nearby Clarkston, Washington, or Lewiston, Idaho, but on those weekends, Asotin came alive with activity.
Lori was in the midst of a deep, transformative process, honing her skills as a multi-dimensional communicator. She worked daily with her friend Sherry Takala, bringing forward the invaluable teachings that would later be compiled into "Sisters of the Flame." Lori’s work was intense and profound, opening her to realms beyond the physical.
One night, after I had settled into this quiet town with Lori, the stillness was suddenly shattered by loud noises. It sounded as if furniture was being thrown around in the living room, accompanied by the flapping of wings, the gnashing of teeth, and the scraping of claws.
Lori, awakened from a deep sleep, listened intently to the commotion. Her heart raced as she recognized what she believed to be a multi-dimensional battle between two angels—one of darkness and one of light. The experience was almost biblical in its intensity. She tried to wake me, but I remained motionless.
Eventually, the noises subsided, and I finally awoke. Lori urged me to check the living room. When I entered, I found no physical disruption—everything was in its place. Yet, the energy in the room was slowly settling, as though an unseen force had just departed, leaving behind a sense of calm. This was not just an ordinary event; it was an amazing confirmation of the spiritual forces at play in our lives.
Afterward, I was able to clear an unwanted energy from Lori's Portal, and since then, it has functioned impeccably. It’s crucial to understand that these types of Portals generate a remarkable energy of light, but they also require your protection and care. Saint Germain addresses this in "Portals to Shamballa:"
"It is true, dear one. Especially when there are other energy life forces nearby that may be disruptive, it is essential to apply the Mighty Tube of Light around the Communication Portal daily. Use this simple decree and state it aloud:

I AM the Protection of the Mighty Tube of Light!

I AM the Golden Light of this Communication Portal,

In full Protection!

So be it!

In response, the Golden Light will diffuse around the Portal and manifest a silvery sheen. This silvery sheen is akin to the energetic layer you sometimes observe on the Tenth and Eleventh Energy Bodies—a metallic glow that is impenetrable, forming a force field of Divine Protection. Then, call forth the Mighty Violet Flame:

Come forth in full Protection and Transcendence,

Throughout my residence!

So be it!

The Mighty Violet Flame will cleanse any residue left by discordant energy forces or others in proximity. Do you understand?"
I had been directed by Saint Germain to "go to Lori," with the purpose of protecting and helping her with her spiritual work. This work would eventually culminate in over thirty books of extraordinary spiritual teachings. The event that night confirmed the importance of my role. It was clear that the Masters had established a remarkable Communication Portal within Lori's Asotin home, which also extended to Sherry’s house, as such portals are portable. However, this portal had drawn interest from the dark side, requiring vigilant protection.
Through my spiritual practice, I was able to help safeguard the space. This experience brought clarity to my purpose with I AM America—to protect, expand, and later to assist in teaching the profound material.
Prior to my arrival, Sherry, an expert in Tarot, had read for Lori. She foresaw a strong teacher entering Lori's life, someone who would play a significant role in her spiritual journey. As Valuable as the Violet Flame

 

One of the most essential spiritual practices taught by many Ascended Masters is the use of the Violet Flame. Simply put, the Violet Flame is a spiritual process that intentionally burns away difficult karmas. In some cases, it mitigates karma, lessening its impact and making it easier to endure.

It’s important to note, however, that the Violet Flame is not an instant solution. I realized this in my late twenties and early thirties when I first started working with the Sacred Fire. Although this time in my life was positive in many ways, it was also quite intense. When I began using the Violet Flame, I noticed that some of the issues I was trying to transmute and change seemed to get worse before they improved. Looking back, the transformations brought about by the Violet Flame were indeed remarkable, though some of the changes were challenging to live through.

The Violet Flame is a holy invocation of God’s sublime, transformative energy of forgiveness and transfiguration, addressing past mistakes, including those from past lives, and the misuse of our divine Co-creative energy. However, the Violet Flame is not just a spiritual concept or philosophical idea; it can also manifest physically. Some people perceive it in their aura after decree or meditation sessions. In fact, I had an experience where, after explaining its transformative attributes to a friend and invoking the Violet Flame, a bolt of lightning struck outside while I was decreeing for her in front of her fireplace. A literal spark of violet electricity emerged from the fireplace, enveloped me, and danced around the living room!

I’ve also had experiences during write-and-burn rituals where the Sacred Fire visibly appeared as a Violet Flame, flickering like the majestic flame in the Lotus Cup at the Temple of Mercy’s altar.

While I could share many more stories and insights into the Violet Flame, I want to turn your attention to another equally powerful tool in our emerging Golden Age: the Communication Portal.

The Violet Star

This week the Shamballa messages of 2023 feature the Violet Star and its unique teachings. This is the story of the evolution and transformation of the Pleiadean culture many eons ago.

Is the Violet Star a Myth? Their history of violence alongside technological growth is transformed when the Lords of the DAHL, our sister universe, step in and create the Violet Star. Some may consider this unique narrative a myth; however, after thirty-plus years of working with the I AM America Teachings we’ve found the Ascended Masters are often literal.

Nine Sacred Sounds Saint Germain’s discourse on the Violet Star centers on the activation of the Eight-sided Cell of Perfection through the use of Nine Sacred Sounds. Interestingly, he asks that we identify these sounds through the use of our Communication Portal. This breath method grounds you to the pure-light core of the Earth – the internal Golden Sun, and draws vital energy up through the Will Chakras, over the Crown Chakra, down the frontal Chakras, and then returns to the core of the Earth. In the beginning you may need to wear red or orange socks or underwear to assist your grounding connection.

The Spinning Photon Lady Master Anaya’s instruction is very detailed and this Kriya Yoga technique, along with mantra and meditation harmonizes the Chakras and light bodies to prepare your light energies for travel. She also adds that the Photon and your Eight-sided Cell of Perfection is another key to consciously enter the Fifth Dimension. The Photon’s spin increases speed and expands Third Dimension. Lady Anaya describes this movement is similar to a, “Dove in flight,” as wings expand and capture the surrounding air’s density.

A Secret of Life Karmas that need to be balanced accumulate in the first six layers of the human aura. The Seventh Layer of the human aura is Violet, which has the transmuting power over the lower six auric energy bodies. The first three auric layers are the connection to Third Dimension. The Masters often refer to them as: thought, feeling and action. At this time of Awakening, we are new to this harmonizing process and once achieved, creates personal balance and harmony. This is the HU-man state of BE-ing, a natural precursor to the Ascension and the secret to joy, peace, and personal happiness.

The Astral Body Auric layers comprise the Astral Body as a group of light and sound frequencies. Located close to the physical body is the action layer that motivates the body. Next is the feeling, or emotional energy body, and gives the human the ability to feel and sense. The final of these three layers is thought, a layer of the aura that expresses in the outer world. This is also known as the Mental Body. In Jyotish Astrology, the Hindu Science of Light, the Ascendant signifies the physical body, the Moon rules the Astral Body, Mercury designates the Mental Body, and the Sun indicates the Causal Body. And yes, these indicators are all interconnected in both exoteric and esoteric understanding. Sanat Kumara refers to this as “the Astral-logic.”

Layers of Dual Energy and the Third Dimension Each energy body is activated by a Ray Force, created at the first breath upon birth. The Blue Ray is action and is guided by Archangel Michael. The Pink Ray is feeling, conducted by Archangel Chamuel. The Yellow Ray is thought and is directed by the Archangel Jophiel. The three auric layers established at the first breath at birth are the energetic expression in the duality of the Third Dimensional world.

The Fourth and Fifth Layers of Energy The next layer of the aura is the fourth layer, and is the White Ray guided by the Archangel Gabriel. White is the presence of all colors and balances our spiritual awareness and experiences. The next auric layer is the Green Ray and is directed by the Archangel Raphael. The Green Ray emits energy for healing and balanced abundance, which includes science. Today, many discoveries of nature are directed through this Ray Force as contemporary science and technology. These are discoveries of already existing patterns in creation.

The Dream Body and Reincarnation The sixth auric layer is Ruby and Gold, guided by the Archangel Uriel. This energy and Ray frequency is the beginning of the human to HU-man evolution. The seventh layer is directed by Archangel Zadkiel’s Violet Ray that balances and inevitably removes all unbalanced karmas. This auric energy body is the energetic gateway to end the Wheel of Karma. The Astral Body of the fourth through sixth energy bodies is also known as a Dream Body that allows you to access the Astral Field of experience. The Astral Field calls us back into Earthly life again and again, the reincarnation process.
